Setting Up Your Profile

When creating a new account on Crateble, there are a few recommended fields that all Crateble users fill out in order to make each account easily identifiable and customized to the user’s preferences. All of these options can be accessed from the Settings page, which is located at the bottom of the drop down menu in the top right of the page, after clicking on the profile name or icon.

Photo

To add a profile or cover photo, click on the upload button next to the appropriate option, and select a file from your device. Please note that not all file types are supported, and a PNG or JPG file is recommended.

Name, Email, and Handler

To change a name, email, or unique handler, edit the text box under the appropriate option. Some names may not be available, such as those containing course language, though duplicate names are accepted.

It should also be noted that a unique handler must be unique, meaning that two accounts cannot use the same handler.

Bio

To edit a bio, click on the box underneath the Bio option. Users can add text, lists, quotes, and links to a bio in order to personalize an account.
