User Types

There are four main types of users on Crateble, and three roles that can be applied to a user. Each type of user and role has a different set of privileges and features available to them on the site, and can be identified by the appropriate badge as shown below

Unverified

The first tier of user is an Unverified user. These are typically brand new users, who have not yet verified their identity through Stripe. They are limited to 50 items in the portfolio, and have the least access to premium site features such as the Snap feature

Verified

The second tier of user is a Verified user. These users can be identified by a checkmark next to their username, and have access to a 250 item portfolio. They will also have access to some premium features, including the collector dashboard, marketplace access, and a 5% discount in the Crateble shop

Premium

The third tier of user is a Premium user. Premium users pay a monthly fee of $4.99, and receive everything a typical collector could need from Crateble, including an unlimited number of portfolio items, unlimited snaps, a portfolio private mode, and more

Pro

The fourth tier of user will be Pro. Pro membership is designed for business or individuals with high-traffic collections who need the most from Crateble’s data and value tracking abilities. Pro is not available yet, but keep an eye out for Pro users in the future!

In addition to the types of users, there are three roles available. These roles are used to signify Crateble staff, partners, or community moderators

Admin

Admin users are typically members of the Crateble team. Feel free to say hello, or to reach out to an Admin should you encounter any issues on the site. We are happy to connect you with solutions and conflict resolution options

Moderator

Moderator users are outstanding members of the Crateble community who have been given great power (and great responsibility!) to help out with maintaining social spaces on the site. Moderators are also a great option if you need any help navigating the site or a community space

Partner

Partner users are people or businesses who are working directly with Crateble. We encourage you to check out any of our partners’ shops or content whenever you have a free moment
