Resetting Your Password

While Logged In

To reset an account password on Crateble, users can start by clicking on the profile icon in the top left of the screen to access a drop-down menu.

From the drop-down menu, clicking on Settings and then Profile will bring users to the profile settings page, where a variety of elements can be changed, including the account password as shown below

To change the account password, a user can enter a new password into the first box, and confirm it by re-typing the same password into the second box. When satisfied with the changes, hitting Save Changes will confirm the new account password

Without Logging In

In case a Crateble user cannot log in and requires a password reset while logged out of their account, there is a Forgot Password? button on the Crateble sign in page

On the forgot password page, users can enter the e-mail address associated with their Crateble account to receive a password reset and recovery link at the same address
